--Dear Maxis Service,

I just received this month june 2015 bills and the bill for my SUPP line have stated with unidentified content that we never subscribe before. Details as below:

Maxis Downloads GST / Maxis Muat-turun GST
10/05/15 06:43:11 M-Mall WAP 23777]STARBID WAP 6.00
17/05/15 06:15:20 M-Mall WAP 23777]STARBID WAP 6.00
24/05/15 06:15:25 M-Mall WAP 23777]STARBID WAP 6.00
31/05/15 06:15:15 M-Mall WAP 23777]STARBID WAP 2.00
07/06/15 06:15:49 M-Mall WAP 23777]STARBID WAP 2.00
5 items 22.00

We believe we are not the one triggering the subscription. From the billing trend we can see that RM6 will be automatically charge to my supp account on every Saturday, 6:00AM. I suspected that there might be some automatic scheduler.

Appreciate your help to:
1) UNSUBSCRIBE ALL THE CONTENT AND FUTURE SUBSCRIPTION from this sender 23777
2) REFUND of few month for the current bills and if any accumulate charge happened due to negligence.
