I just subscribed the Plan "Regular Streamer Rm88/mth" with 4G LTE WIFI modem on Feb 2015. The details as below. During last 3 month,my internet speed able to go up to 10MBps (4G connection) but start from middle of May 2015, the speed has been reduced to -+1Mbps. Pls help to investigate
1. SIM card #: 896001120896287090 2. Exact location: Lebuh Kg jawa,11900,Bayan Lepas,Pulau Pinang 3. Since when issue started: middle of May 2015 4. Wifi Modem model: MF93D 5. Current connection status (GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA): LTE 6. Signal strength:2 bar of signal  |
