Any recommendation on the latest 2.1 speaker that is equivalent to Edifier M1380?

I was looking to replace my Edifier m1380 that recently emits static sound. Probably the closest will be XM6BT but thats expensive. I am also looking at logitech z337 but some said logitech speakers are crap.
The XM2BT while still expensive might be the only choice unless there are other alternatives.

My setup most likely to put the subwoofer under the table thus need something that could handle dust well or something that do not have too much switch so that I could just set it, wrap it with protective cover and forget it.

I managed to do a cleanup on my speaker. I rub the socket contacts with isopropyl alcohol and remove the dust and grime. I also notice that the power socket where I plugged my speaker isn't holding well so I changed it.
So far no static noise comes out. A friend did suggest that the static noise maybe due to power leak on the socket that I plugged my speaker with.

I am thinking of replacing my old Edifier M1380 with something similar but I am not very sure on which speakers nowadays that are similar or better. Any recommendations? Budget would probably under RM300.
