Would love to see your results lapping it rlhc. Mine's apparently convex instead concave (lucky me) but would be considering doing that too. By the way, if you know where to get sand paper of 400, 800 and 1200 grit, do let us know

you sure in various grits cos the darn hardware shop seems to be blur about this and shows me only a 400 grit and a 800 grit set. Need 1000+ grit for finishing leh

sadly in Melaka, em Hardware shop owneers are damned n00b about this. Nevermind, there's always ACE Hardware in KL to drop by when I'm around
