Greetings,

I have a MASTAR Induction Cooker I bought around August 2014 at AEON Big Mid Valley.

3 months later, it broke down because I use a heavy and big frying pan (it probably weighs 2kg!) which was a gift from my mom.

After I put the frying pan, there's a buzzing sound and then the power of the whole level is off. I could switch it back on, and the when I tried it again, same thing happened again.

Checked where could I fix it, but it's soo far away and I don't have any transportation.

I would like to know if I could fix it in a service shop that belongs to the other company? like Phillips, Electrolux..
or can I fix it at AEON Big?
