I bought ard RM 900+- psf (fully furnish) + all the floor premium.

This MIRA Residence shld have announced when I bought Laville. really kacau la. hahahaha

I think mostly 99% of promotion going on in MALAYSIA does not include MOT fees.

BTW, what is "HOC"?

Investor would NOT care of class and concept.
they only looking at ROI.
in this case, Mira sure has higher ROI than Laville.
my 2 cents la.

For me, I only looking at the class. I hope this developer won't failed me in their finishing and the interior design. (finger-crossed).
one thing worries me is that whether our utilities especially water under commercial or residential rate. if commercial then, it will again jeopardize the value as high water bill is the next to expect.

I know some condo having shoplots below, but water bill for residential unit is at residential rate. Although in most case, it will be commercial title if there is shoplot.

Hope the developer don't classify laville as serviced apartments.

Water bill under commercial rate is at least 30% more expensive. Haha.

Yea i am aware of the procedure to change the rate at TNB to residential. Thanks anyway.
