650k, any type of unit also ok, preferably with the projects that walkable to lrt or mrt line 1 station and low entry cost

😱😱😱 828-850 psf, gave up on this. Not under my affordability, now can clear up my mind with this project that i waiting for past few months and go for J.Dupion.
