Hey guys, can you use Daikin, York and Acson remote differently with the same design?

Like York on Daikin.
Then Acson on Daikin.

I told my principal but she won't trust me.
I tried to use York on Daikin but got beep then principal gave warning said different one.

My school got LG, principal said ori remote better than phone IR thing.

Anyone using Daikin FTKU28A?

I not sure did my family mispressed the remote or what.
But the remote feels like running a fan.

I installed the air cond on May, tested it was really cold.
But when I came back and humid, the air cond was hot and humid....

Did the installer screwed up by not filling it with gas or was there a gas leak or something....? Seems like getting warm air....

Bought 1hp Panasonic inverter CS-XPU_WKH-1  on year  2020. Totally shit. Not cool from the day 1. How big brand produce shit aircon? Bought Midea 1hp inverter for another room last 2 months. Midea produce a cooling as an aircond while Panasonic act just like a fan.

Try to avoid Panasonic brand for airconditioner.

Hi, in general, how much energy savings would I expect from a inverter air conditioner vs a non invertor? Maybe 20-30%?

Don’t install daikin / Pana, both are made in Malaysia even worst than the Acson aircon.
If wanna get cold and quiet on outdoor unit, go for Mitsubishi electric inverter instead or Ascon.

Outdoor at nighttime reduce to 24 DB only.

Have you seen before, the cover block almost half of aluminium fins? Low intake air, means that not good for hot weather or indoor temperatures.
The common design was 20% of plastic cover from fan motor only.

Already seen people complaining this same thing at Mitsubishi Electric Malaysia Facebook previously, now they have removed those negative comments.

Sorry to say your model is already legacy outdated, thus you don't have this hard-coded feature. You may come Malaysia to purchase Mitsubishi Mr. Slim series for "tech refresh" for keeping up with real world experience, hahaha

Avoid Korean AC. Spare parts headache.

Panasonic is godlike for power saving. Not cold. Yours are inverters? If the Panasonic works then just use first, get a good service guy to check and service. I usually use Acson service these days.
How old is your Midea? Why didn’t try call Midea hotline?

Not necessarily expensive. My Midea fridge pcb RM79 bucks only.

Aux has longer warranty for unit, pcb and compressor. I would choose it over others if you want inverter.
