I had a chat with a support tech for my problem with electronics failure (see my posts on the previous page) and he suggested getting a non-inverter instead. After some searching online it seems like inverter air cons have a higher failure rate because of insects/geckos shorting out the electronics.
Isn't the probability of insect / geckos shorting same with inverter and non-inverter?I mean the enclosure to protect the PCB board design should be similiar and is not dependant on whether it is inverter or non-inverter.
