I just bought Panasonic 1.0 HP inverter with Econavi and Nanoe-G function. Because I want it to be quiet, I always turn on the quiet mode whenever I used it. The function let you to have a quiet environment but it takes longer period of time to cold your room because it was using minimal fan to operate. I've tried the Econavi function but the fan is at maximum when it operated. I understand in order to save energy the general rules of thumb is by increasing it temperature to 26-28 degree celcius. My question is if I use the quiet mode, was it as save energy as econavi or it even better saving?
