Want to ask. Is it possible to tap the aircon power supply from a nearby power socket? It's for a new (1HP) split unit. Cos if I were to run a new one it will be very messy.

QUOTE(calvin_ng @ Jul 8 2015, 04:12 PM) Can provided the socket come from 1 single fuse... make sure the socket is not shared internally (Wire not split into few socket) Unfortunately, I think this socket is being shared with another socket. It is used to power the computer.Alternatively, can I take the power from a wall light point? |

Has anyone installed the new Panasonic Sky series inverter airconditioner?
Any review? Also, if my current airconditioner is non- inverter, will there be any problem if I were to install an inverter without replacing the existing copper piping? I was told that the existing copper piping has to be cleaned first. This post has been edited by kelvyn: May 10 2016, 08:30 PM |

QUOTE(TXSim @ May 10 2016, 11:07 PM) How to see the difference between piping for inverter and non-inverter?Because during renovation few years ago, the contractor was ask to install piping for inverter aircon. Just that for some reason during that time, a non-inverter aircon was installed. And now since the aircon unit is going to be replace, thought of changing to inverter aircon |
