Is Mitsubishi Mr. Slim model non inverter still available with R22 gas or any shop still selling them? How about Pana non inverter with R22 gas?
Other than Daikin, any other recommended brand that comes with R22..preferably Jap brand.

QUOTE(kimsim @ Jul 15 2015, 06:06 PM) Any reason must prefer R22? Later phase out you kena con by Aircon man lah Because I hear from ppl that my new condo's aircond piping cannot support inverter type. I still need to verify as key not collected yet.

I am thinking to buy the following Panasonic model, both comes with Econavi/nanoe-G features:
1. CS-KC9QKH (1.0 hp) 2. CS-KC12QKH (1.5hp)
Anyone has feedback on this 2 models?
Also, for the 1.5 hp which I plan to fix at living room (which stretched to dining area - total about 25ft in length), if let's say I am at the other end of the room from where the aircond unit is installed, does the Econavi feature reduce the overall temperature when it detects no one at where it is situated? I worry that I cannot feel the cool air at dining area if I am not directly in the same area where the aircond unit is at.
btw, if my aircond pipe cannot support inverter airconds, it also means that I cannot install any non inverter airconds that is using R410 gas right? I read in some other forums that Mitsubishi airconds using R410 gas can be installed in existing R22 piping...is this true?

Panasonic aircond certain models still use R22 gas right? I went to an aircond shop today and the uncle told me ME and Panasonic using R410 gas. He recommended me Sharp which he says is better than Daikin. I don't really favour both. I surveyed Panasonic aircond at their website - model CS-KC9QKH (1hp) and CS-KC12QKH (1.5hp) - the specs didn't mention anything about their refrigerant is R410. I saw others models got stated the gas type in the specs but not these 2.
Is this confirmed that the 2 models that I want are using R22 gas? I cannot install inverter as the piping doesn't support it. Don't know why new condo development still using the old piping when R22 is slowly phasing out.

QUOTE(kimsim @ Aug 31 2015, 10:54 AM) ok thanks. I thought of getting Daikin or Panasonic but the shop tells me Electrolux is good. Between Daikin and Panasonic, which is the better choice then?
