1 aircond draw 3.91 Amp, and we know 2.5mm cable can safely carry current up to 15Amp, so can i install 2 aircond using same cable?

Not recommended.. At least By Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations a motor is independently on its own circuit breaker ..

Refer Electrical Accessories Chapt 6.1.ix electric motors shall be connected permanently to a 20A/30A rated circuit breaker/fuse together with an isolator, motor starter and 15A socket outlet. The motor outlet shall be Direct-On-Line type with the appliance together with the contactor, overload relay and on-off control. The circuit breaker/fuse which controls the motor circuit shall be capable of withstanding the starting current of the motor..

Don't try to save monies and you may regret if house caught fire.  How did you come up with 3.91amps? Can you guarantee voltage will be stable? If voltage drop current will increase. Same as Power Factor and also Motor startup current all this have tendency to spike up the current.

Of course there people doing it and recommend by some under the tree electrician. If anything happen bomba found out your insurance will not pay anything.

thank you for the explanation though.

Amp rating is from manufacturer specification. (rfefer image)

well, apparently 2 out of 3 electrician that came to my house for the price quote, they insisted that 2.5mm cable is more than capable of carrying two 1HP aircond, as 2.5mm rated amp is 15-20A.
