where to find 0.75hp aircon

So I have been looking around for 0.75hp. Got one electrical shop tell me indonesia very popular. Malaysia don't have. I went to restaurant that have one really tiny aircon however they tell me few years old and they have forgotten where it comes from. So my question is for 0.75hp, got unit with condenser outside or all 0.75hp aircon windows units.

All I care for really is energy consunption. Tempted to just buy 1hp inverter unit at this point.

This is the sticker from a Panasonic inverter aircon already at my house bought about two years ago.

Now I'm looking for another aircon for another room and went to home pro. Their RM99 new installation promo very attractive. They only have two Panasonic models in stock though.

This one is non inverter yet has a lower kWh rating then my inverter unit

Then there's this one which is quite high end Pansonic inverter unit with the air purification.

My questions is
1) got 5 star energy rated air con exist now?
2) they obviously changed their testing methodology, when did this happen?
3) how to find kWh rating online?
4) how to know if kWh rating is old standard or new standard? Just relised that bottom of sticker got "Tested According To"
