Looking for aircon for room size 11ft x 11ft x 10ft (rough estimation). Below is what i got. Leaning towards the SKR10YL but if i'm not mistaken, Mitsubishi maintenance and spare part is more costly. Also, i heard that March there's new Inverter series from Panasonic.

1. MHI SKR10YL Premium Series 1.0HP Inverter R410A - RM 1760
2. MHI SKR10CRS Deluxe Series 1.0HP non-Inverter R410A - RM 1500
3. Panasonic CS-S10RKH Premium Deluxe Series 1.0HP Inverter - RM 1700
4. Panasonic CS-V9RKH Deluxe Series 1.0HP non-Inverter - RM 1350
5. Daikin FTN10PV1L 1.0HP Cooling King Series non-Inverter R410A - RM 1170
6. Daikin FTK10PV1L 1.0HP FTK Series Inverter R410A - RM 1350

All above is inclusive of installation and GST.

Hi,

If I were you, I will opt for the Panasonic Inverter unit, I have installed 5 units of 1HP Inverter air-con in my new place last year (4 brand new MHI SKR10YL and a used Panasonic Premium Inverter - older series bought in 2012 transferred from mine old house), the MHI is not bad, but the Panasonic is cooler, quieter and more function than MHI.

Btw, I am not sure about the latest Panasonic Inverter air-con's quality, hope it is still good as the old one.

Hope the feedback helps smile.gif

Hi, you are using Panasonic Air Conditioner which model? CS-S10RKH or CS-S10PKH?
CS-S10PKH is 2014 model.
CS-S10RKH is 2015 model.

We are using CS-S10RKH model.

I am having the CU-S10NKH 2012 model.

The advantage of the MHI is its input power only 670W, Panasonic is 760W, save energy = save electric bill smile.gif

Actually, I was looking to buy Panasonic or Mitsubishi Electric (ME) air-con last March, due to pre-GST issue, all Panasonic & ME Inverter air-con sold out before April 1, 2015, I have no choice to buy the MHI at quite good value... around RM1250 per unit without installation.

Hi,

I am planning for 3 units of 1hp and 1 unit of 1.5hp for my new apartment.

I have shortlisted the following:
1) Panasonic 1.0HP R32 X-Deluxe Air Conditioner CS-XPU10WKH (RM1,600)
2) Panasonic 1.5HP R32 X-Deluxe Air Conditioner CS-XPU13WKH (RM1,880)

or

1) Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 1hp Standard Inverter R32 SRK10YXP (RM1,530)
2 Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 1.5hp Standard Inverter R32 (RM????)

Currently, my old house is having the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 1hp Standard Inverter 410 for 6+years...so far so good, no major issue, but I was told Btu/h for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is lower than other air-con brand, it is around 9,000 Btu/h, Panasonic is 9,680 Btu/h.

Any advises?

Thanks.

Mitsu u must take the real mitsu mr slim MSY P/N..not MHI SRK P/N. The SRK one kurang performance. For living room 2hp recommended if large area and you like to put cold temps.

Noted, thanks for the advise.

Likely I will opt for:
1) Panasonic 1.0HP R32 X-Deluxe Air Conditioner CS-XPU10WKH (RM1,600)
2) Panasonic 1.5HP R32 X-Deluxe Air Conditioner CS-XPU13WKH (RM1,880) OR 2.0HP (for 2HP... a bit worry no space for the outdoor unit and copper pipe supplied by developer can uses for 2HP)
