But I forgot to mention,ME many people say quiet but I've encountered one,only one that is quite noisy which is my uncle's. But it is a 2 or 2.5hp and only the outdoor unit is noisy,it's vibrating too.
Daikin make sure it's not Cooling King model because that model is from York and it's not the quietest but it's cheap and I'm using that one(with York label).

Will my electricity bill cost a bomb if I install a Midea conventional 1hp aircon in a room that needs 1.5hp?
Or I should just buy a recon 1.5hp aircon? Where can I get them?

They're more less the same as 1.5hp Midea.
