I need yall opinion on buying my first aircond and shop recommendation in Banting

budget around 1.2 - 1.5k max include installation (need to add more for installation as may need 20ft of copper line)
room configuration:
lxw: 14x14 ft
h: 12 ft
existing aircond: haier 1hp (unknown brand) dad bought since i was 10 (now im 27)

my current usage is around 3/6 hr .. timer off at 3am.. ceiling fan run together with aircond.

any brand recommendation from you guys ...

been surveying daikin/haier.. but still have no clue as shop usually recommend daikin

should i go inverter/ non inverter route ? based on my usage above

Plan getting midea all easy pro 2hp install in my condo

Independent contractor:
To install 2HP AC c/w max 10ft copper piping, insulflex, wiring control indoor to outdoor, drainage piping, complete with gas filled up and test running . RM580 (price after he visit my condo)

Shoppe seller install: RM350 (havent incur additional cost hacking etc)

Contemplating about the cost actually

anyway i think i may go with with shoppe combo aircond + installation, see2 how

Sharing my exp with haier vnr 2018 series, turbo mode will continuously run until u manual off. So if u forgot to turn off, confirm will run till morning,
Usually during turbo mode i terus set 16 let run smpi i rasa sejuk and off turbo and set 27c

Imo, bump the hp to 1.5hp 5*, and brand with energy monitor or you diy smart plug 20amp..

if u tgk kat shoppe, few midea seller woo, just filter KL first, then ask for physical shop

Lets assume old 2hp york consume 2kw per hour without cutoff/some cut off at 25c..
2kw x 8 hour x 30days x 0.516 sen = rm248

If sis plan to stay long, just ask for permission to change and sell back later
