There is this Aircon contractor who called himself Edward Lau, phone number 0126522639.

Terrible terrible workmanship, attitude and service. He will first over promise and assure you everything is fast and easy job, take 80% deposit. After that nightmare will comes.

1. Never ever on time. Promise 10, come at 1. My condo only allows noisy job until 2, and he always decide to come late only to do an half-done job, and blame the condo rules.
2. Visit for one day, leave job hanging and disappear for 2 days, come for another day. Rinse and repeat. Promised 3 days job become 2 weeks job.
3. Terrible workmanship, cut off multiple existing wiring at the compressor area for multiple new units, come back couple weeks later but couldn't remember how to reconnect back now due to messy wire.
4. One of the job is to move an aircond to another area, he broke the clips during dismantling.
5. Hack wall and leave the mess for owner to clean.
6. MIA now after realizing his own work is a mess, been trying to call him for 3 days. I have to hire another technician to finish the shitty job for me, more cost.

I can go on and on. All in all, terrible contractor, borderline scammer, avoid at all cost unless you want ruin your house. 0126522639

where can i get AC + ceiling fans - planning to get 4 units ac inverter = panasonic or daikin (2.5 + 2.0 + 1.5 + 1.0) together with KDK ceiling fans (6 units).

is there any place can get good deals since purchasing all these together?

After turn off sometimes the flap dint close completely..
Then I need off the 20A switch and open back it will reset back the position to complete close flap..

My 5 years olds Panasonic inverter gave me lot issue, change pcb board once,flap motor spoil, last week suddenly not cold, sifu check and said gas tank is empty, he refill the gas. He came yesterday to check again, found the gas level had drop to half and coil are frozen, he said need take down to check which part are gas leak.

I decide  arrange to install new air conditioner Panasonic cs-xpu10xkh, total damage RM1980 ( price increase 100-200🤦‍♂️)

May I ask, air conditioner need surge protector ?

Hi, any sifus can help? My Panasonic inverter ac leaking water. I know usually it is very simple.....the drain line is blocked & water overflow from the blocked drain but in my case, the water is leaking from the air outlet (behind the rotary blower). Servicing seems to make it stop but leaking again after 1-2 weeks. The drain line already replaced. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance

No, i mean for those installed the air cond at the left or right side of the room, we can set the horizontal flap not to direct air flow to the wall.

I already recalled how to do it n tried just now, its by press the "Set" button on remote, press select option 14, then we can choose which side the air cond is installed, either left, right or center.

I have another question though, is it normal if the Panasonic XU air cond is on Cool mode, with fan set to auto, when u turn it on, the flap will open n it take long time to start blowing air? It will start blowing air immediately in Cool mode with manual fan speed or I-Autox mode with fan auto.

Ya, I started to think it's by design too. But I'm still puzzling why the delay only happen on Cool + Fan Auto setting, it can be delayed until 3mins, n what's the purpose for delaying so long.

Hi, anyone know what is the market rate now for ac installation service now? Just installation, have own ac unit. Also, my condo unit comes with copper & drainage piping with power & signal cables prepared.

1) I have been quoted RM 300 per unit, is this a fair amount?

2) If all piping and power is ready, may I know what is their job scope? Is it vacuum, connecting all piping and power, bracket for outdoor unit and topup gas (if necessary)?

Hi just asking those who using pana inverter with nano. I notice the strange behavior of this ac. Every morning when i wake up the aircond flap at half open position with nano blue indicator on. I do set timer so it turn off but weird is the flap is half open. Aint it suppose to fully close? Need to turn off and on to close it.
