I went to a Maxis centre to swap my old SIM card to a 4G enabled SIM card with a fee of RM10.60. As stated in your website here http://www.hotlink.com.my/en/internet/hotlink_4g.html don't I have the privilege of a FREE SIM CARD SWAP?This post has been edited by christ1996: Jun 8 2015, 01:45 PM

QUOTE(fireballs @ Jun 8 2015, 01:50 PM) swap first time should be free. subsequent is rm10.60 Yeah of course it's my first time because I just knew about it having 4G. Been always using that old SIM card without changing or getting replaced. So you're saying I should get it swapped for free? Thanks
