Thank you for your prompt reply, there is another question for you.

This number belongs to me, and I have been using it for the whole 2 years of contract. But this number is registering under my ex-gf name. I want to retrieve the phone number back as I am using this number for my business purpose! Is there anyway for me to get the number back? I urgently need this. Please help!

If Maxis need evidence to proof I am using it, I can provide plenty!

P/S: She do not want to help me do the ownership transfer.

Hi,

Transfer ownership require the approval/consent from current owner.
Kindly request a LoA and photocopy of her I/C and walk in to Maxis Centre. Do provide her mobile number to centre for verification purposes.

Alternatively, we suggest you to ask her to walk in to the Maxis Centre with an authorised letter to tell that you are the user of the line and she authorised you to do all the transactions without doing any verification with her. This is because we will have to call her for verification if you lost your SIM card, SIM replacement, request for suspension etc.
