Thank you for your prompt reply, there is another question for you.

This number belongs to me, and I have been using it for the whole 2 years of contract. But this number is registering under my ex-gf name. I want to retrieve the phone number back as I am using this number for my business purpose! Is there anyway for me to get the number back? I urgently need this. Please help!

If Maxis need evidence to proof I am using it, I can provide plenty!

P/S: She do not want to help me do the ownership transfer.
