Consider changing the generic PM notice title from 'Courtesy notice: Oversized signature' to 'Courtesy notice: Signature' as not every offender is warned about oversized signatures.

the notice is about Oversized Signature so the title IMO is appropriate.

btw by right no warning need to be issued before nuking a siggy - it's already stated in the FAQ / R&R already.
