the 900+sqft unit 3 rooms or 2 rooms? if 3 rooms+2 carpark, then tht one will do even better drool.gif drool.gif also depends on their psf pricing vis a vis the size.. sometimes they say 630psf end up 630 fr biggest n 670 fr smallest

The 985 sf unit is 2+1 rooms, price starts from 647 psf before discount. The smallest unit, 858 sf, comes with 2 rooms, price starts from 652 psf before discount.

Don't know leh..... did not see anyone queuing when leaving SAWC this afternoon. But I did see ppl still setting up the canopy for tomorrow's launch. I think just go there around 6 am should suffice to get the good units.

Apartment and condominium solely on residential land, if similar product built on top of a commercial land, its must be "service" apartment or related name.

Quite good for own stay...

The only only service apartment / condominium with med or high end features in SA and quite exclusive. The brand name oso there dy.

However RM 600 psf could be untested in such area, bcz no such other condo for comparison in terms of performance. But this SCR is different investment criteria from other cities, wherr you have some choices within a same radar or along a street, if not few kms away.

Seems nobody aware that all units are semi-d units? Thats part of the reason the costs quite high and its facilites located at 7th floor ( i think so ) double deck as well as with sky gardens.

Yes, the units are all semi-d type. I think there are 2 levels of retail units which will be leased out by SPS. The facilities are all at the podium level. Let me share some pictures here.

IMO, the usual ppl from suburb klang would prefer landed props at this kind of price level. Some after hearing need to fork out $300 every month for maintenance for the smallest unit already shaking their heads.

I think 22 out of 512 units booked by internal staff & biz associates. Response not so good.
