Beginning early this week I have been experiencing a severe downtime, one where the Fibre Optic internet is unavailable, Astro Iptv is not broadcasting and all attempts to contact Customer Service is futile (reason given : can't reach this number with Home Prepaid)....
I hope some form of support might happen upon this message, and if any Maxis Rep wishes to know more particulars, I will send a PM. Thank you....
