Dear Maxis, Beginning early this week I have been experiencing a severe downtime, one where the Fibre Optic internet is unavailable, Astro Iptv is not broadcasting and all attempts to contact Customer Service is futile (reason given : can't reach this number with Home Prepaid).... I hope some form of support might happen upon this message, and if any Maxis Rep wishes to know more particulars, I will send a PM. Thank you.... This weekend is going to be veeeeeeery long......
