Would take cautious approach to this one. Have been receiving calls to attend free seminar with makan makan. Declined.

Someone is lying then.. on the website it says 9.5-11%, you say 8%...

I would only lie if I say that you are well informed. That 9.5-11% is average if you keep the investment for 8 years in total. Do your homework before bashing.

wondering why discussions about this almost non existence ... i joined this jv in 2016. dividends paid consistently every 3 months. best passive investment so far. they dont have free seminar with makan at fancy hotels like how goldenpalm did but they can show you the plantation upon request

At 10%pa returns,... It will takes abt 10 yrs to get back your original invested sum....and due to the past confidences of having received promised dividends for the past few years,... Investors may be tempted to put in more investment.... And then....

Calling all East West Horizon Planter Scheme (EWHPS) investors , I believe all of you should be aware by now, the company started to default the March dividend payments with all sorts of reasons (eg: bad weather, covid, worker shortage and etc) and there is a potential they will wind up the company which we might get nothing back (both principal and dividends) from the company

basiclly u put in your investment but this principal , if u want to take back it will incured in high penalty....so they give u a year or 2 interest also no problem.bcause they are using your principal to give u back.....ofcause it will not last long since the begining

Ponzi scheme is when you buy unlisted companies 🤦‍♀️ unlike Plantation shares in Bursa where you know whether publicly you will get dividends which most of the time no fail for dividends payout

Caviar farming needs river source - this one the environmental impact will not get through. Last time FGV also got tried on sturgeon farm near Pahang River. It is not easy to get pass the EIA, even FGV with such big cable failed to get approval & investor expect a private entity will get it through ? The dream must be so sweet…
