In 2011, Fenway Sports Group became the sole global marketer of his rights, and as part of the deal, he was granted minority stakes in the English Premier League football club Liverpool F.C.

I dont buy the idea of buying a 20m youth player just to make them better. When you spend that amount he should have at least make some impact. Do remember we are not Man City where money is not an issue. We need to spend wisely.
*
20m is nothing in todays market..18 year old luke shaw sold for 30m..for a 20-22 year olds, i can accept if he's not a regular starter..different players peak at different age..sterling starts to peak at 19, markovic maybe 22-23

nowadays all price all inflated. Sterling, phil jones, Luke shaws, are the prime example of it. But it only apply to england breed. you still can get good value for money players in Germany, Spain, and South Amiericano

if we got austin, everyone will say austin > ings.
18 goals in 35 games...
hes another powerhouse 6'2 player...cant imagine the destruction hes gonna cause when paired up with a fully fit andy carroll...
so guess he probably wont fit into BR gameplan...but will definitely torment LFC...

Liverpool complete Firmino signing

Liverpool complete Firmino signing
Author: James Carroll @James_Carroll84
Liverpool Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Roberto Firmino from Hoffenheim, subject to a medical which will take place immediately following the player's participation in Copa America 2015 for Brazil.

The 23-year-old has agreed a long-term contract with the club.

Firmino will arrive at Anfield following four-and-a-half seasons in the Bundesliga with Hoffenheim.

The forward made 151 appearances in league and cup for the German club, netting 47 goals, after joining them from Figueirense in December 2010.

To date, Firmino has nine caps and four goals for Brazil - including what proved to be the winner in his country's 2-1 victory over Venezuela in the Copa America on Sunday.
