Guys, i cancelled my cc 2 months ago. But it still appear in my Cimb click. Called in last month to confirm, the CS confirmed that it has been cancelled and reassure me to wait for one more month, today called in again, because the bank give me RM 1.21 cash rebate so my cc has -RM1.21, hence they can't fully cancel it. First time I encounter this!

QUOTE(Phoenix_Cypher_K1 @ Sep 10 2015, 06:00 PM) Hi guys, I tried via Cimb click. Very very slow. To be honest. Now 3rd week after application, the CS say just sent out the card, need 2 more weeksEarlier applied a CC via CIMB Clicks, what do they mean by "Fast approval", how many days is that? Also, i read up on the 1 hour approval at certain Card Centers, if so can I cancel this application and apply at the card centers instead? Or should I stick with the application I have via CIMB Clicks? Thanks in advance |

QUOTE(BeastX @ Sep 17 2015, 07:38 AM) Means the cash back follow statement cycle 28th to 27th subsequent month? Or follow calendar cycle 1st to 30th each cycle? The reason I ask this is I want to plan and calculate my cash back to maximise it usage! |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Sep 18 2015, 09:36 AM) Wah , if successful , then I need to figure out how to optimise the RM 20 cash back( the other rm 30 used for online purchase). Means I need to spend RM 1000 at Sam each month via Cimb cash back card. 😁😁 |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Sep 18 2015, 10:42 AM) I suggest you use other cards which gives better groceries cash back. Tried to pay tm bill at Sam grocery sunway carnival Penang in the morning. They don't accept credit card payment for bills. Next time need to pay at KL Nu Sentral only. 😭Sam's is good if you want some imported stuff. |

QUOTE(MGM @ Sep 26 2015, 07:25 PM) I made two purchases from Groupon few days ago, and both were charged an extra 0.8%. Anyone knows why? Made a similar purchase 2 weeks but without any surcharge. CIMB charged cross border transaction. So basically if buy thing online via Cimb card, need to prepare for this surcharge.* sometimes we tried very much to avoid cross border by paying via RM but unfortunately if the payment getaway in overseas, we will be charged that. Only CIMB and one more bank. The other bank no such charges. This post has been edited by karcity: Sep 26 2015, 08:41 PM |

QUOTE(Lis000 @ Oct 2 2015, 12:09 PM) I had this issue 2 days ago (on 11streetmy), and didn't try again until this morning and it's the same thing. Tried also on Qoo10 and same problem. Cimb always has lot of issues on transaction. My personal opinion. When I used another card (Standard Chartered), no issue and the Secure payment page loads accordingly. Unfortunately, I won't get my 5% cb (online transaction). |
