Im not seriously taking protein or any supplements these days. Maybe once per week. Cause usually i will have diarrhea and it tastes suck.

Before this 2013-2014 i took bsn truemass and syntha. But for now i can see more define and toned muscle plus im stronger than before. Or this tanita body analyzer just sucks?

Any comment why my progress is lagging? Feel free to comment. Btw i cant show body pics as im too handsome sked u guys fall in love with me. Thanks all and sorryfor my grammar.

Taking mass gainer and still lost 8% bodyfat? That tanita can throw to rubbish bin.
Did you take your reading exactly the same time, same condition (right before wake up / no water intake, no sweat, no workout, no food) ?
