Hi,


I am a subscriber of the Hotlink Table plan. I have a question on the usage of Hotlink RED app.

I have installed the Hotlink RED app. However, whenever I try to launch the Hotlink RED app, it ask me to enter the Hotlink number for validation. After I have entered the number 0111234****, it says TAC was sent to 60111234****. As the Hotlink Tablet plan does not support SMS messaging, I am unable to receive the TAC.

FYI. I have turned off WiFi, and I am using only the mobile data connection. I have tried to re-install the Hotlink RED app, however, it still behaves the same.

Can you please advise what need to be done. Thank you.
