Steps:
(1) Make sure you have turned OFF WiFi access
(2) Open browser and it will auto direct you to registration page
(3) Enter all relevant details. Put in a valid mobile phone number (NOT tablet plan phone number).
(4) TAC will be sent to your mobile phone.
(5) Complete registration process in the browser by entering TAC.
Then you can download the Hotlink RED app. Never have any problem with TAC with the red app before so you might have missed out the registration process.
