Why all TH9 only? all flatten and then 100% TD and goes to tie?

Can we make a lyn all TH9 clan only and join the competition?

It's hard pre TH11 update to 3 stars at TH9 level but it's a lot easy to be done now.
But even the best TH9 only clan fail to achieve full 100% all bases at war. Here the recent matchup between two elite TH9 only clan:

For the record, the first loss for war tester asia as well.
I guess at international level, there are a few elite clan doing TH9 only as well, we came across Playhard, and Rogue XI before. Can google youtube for their channel.

Anyway, I'm able to make slot if you want to join Pahang team in the tournament. It's not possible to add another team in because all 16 slots already filled up.

We are actually doing a tournament among states in Malaysia.

Typo on the date of the group matches.
First match will start on 01 Feb 2016 and so on.
Is a 25 vs 25 TH9 only tournament.
