dun mind i ask.. >3 years, y still clan lvl 4?

Since when SC bring in clan lvl? I think is nothing to do with hw many year the clan exist...
we not target to be best of the best, we only little potato who looking for steady growth n hv fun with COC.

1. clan war started only recently. clan already establish long time ago.
2. only war 2 times per week. clan perks for clan levelling only available recently.

Yes, we do have empty seat likes others clan ready for new joiner. but "almost empty" is a bit over describing as we still have more than 20 active loyal player enjoying the game together.
