QUOTE(angelic88 @ Jul 17 2015, 01:26 AM) I believe it's network congestion , I am getting like 40mb down /20mb up on LTE just now (Ampang area) Is it normal to have slow upload speed for celcom ? Maxis is much stable in network , since I just port over too Yes Celcom usually have lower upload speed but 20mbps of upstream bandwidth that you got is definitely not low for Celcom's standard.

So far which area has stable and consistent LTE? I've only experienced stable LTE in Subway area, everywhere else I'm better off with 3G only as the network keeps switching back and forth between 3G and LTE.

QUOTE(UserU @ Sep 6 2015, 08:34 PM) Anyone stuck with the ERR_CONNECTION_RESET that plagues almost every attempt to connect to a site? Seriously annoying and I'm living in Subang Jaya! Usually signal shows 4G but often drops to 3G or H+. If only Maxis had a package like Basic 38. Should be experiencing the same thing as you, mine cannot remain connected to 4G LTE for long most of the time. QUOTE(popice2u @ Sep 7 2015, 11:53 AM) after changing to celcom first basic 38 almost everyday bar signal showing exclamation mark! Android? This is when your phone is unable to ping Google's server for a connection test, however are you able to browse the Internet etc?

QUOTE(Dozz @ Oct 6 2015, 02:00 PM) anyone facing there is 4G logo on screen but no internet connection or connection stuck? It'll happen occasionally but usually will be solved by reconnecting to the network (eg. airplane mode on and off).

QUOTE(Raymond T. @ Dec 1 2015, 03:44 AM) How's celcom LTE stability ? About average in terms of stability. Sometimes there will be like no data when connected to 4G until you reconnect, their 3G is pretty good though.

QUOTE(miyakochan89 @ Mar 14 2016, 10:01 AM) Is it me or the Celcom Line for this package really bad? I adjust my phone (note 5) to search for 3G/H+ and it keeps going from 3G to H+, like it couldn't make up its mind and adjust my call connection especially I use internet call! The 3G doesn't even work! I am thinking to seriously switch to other telco now. That should be Fast Dormancy kicking in. In short, when there's no network activity it reverts back to lower power 3G and when there's activity it switches back to HSPA. The problem here is that if it switches to HSPA slow then you'll feel a delay or worse still as if there's no connection.

QUOTE(therain01 @ Mar 15 2016, 01:26 PM) I'm on 38 plan. Celcom 3G and H+ data are very unstable since the introduction of first 38 plan. you need to have at least signal strength of - 90dbm or better to have smooth Internet. Celcom 4G works great for me. Smooth Internet with only 1 bar signal or about - 115dbm. Guess anything lower than 4g is just too congested for most location atm. Problem is their 4G network isn't stable as well for certain areas, frequently switches back and forth between 3G and 4G.
