Totally agreed with you! Celcom customer is the WORST .. not professional, not enough product knowledge and some of them cant even speak proper english to serve customers.

Yes, i realized that also. If submit request online, someone will call you back in few hours later, where if you call CS to file a complain , it will take few days for them to call back.
