hi guys,

I noticed that the driver seat is a bit loose. When I do sharp cornering I feel like the seat is moving slightly. Where can I fix this problem? Anyone facing the same issue?

Can kia 2.0 owner commend about the fuel consumption?

Not sure wanna get 1.6 or 2.0. Difference is 14k for them.

I am low usage owner. My current saga only 4xk milage over 5.5 years.
*
Different people will have different needs. I would suggest you to go for a test drive starting with the 1.6. If u feel the 1.6 power is sufficient for you then just get the 1.6.
By the way, this is the best time to buy a Kia. Welcome to contact me if you like a test drive.

I am currently interested in a kia cerato (reg. dec 2013) from a used car dealer. But I need a help from someone who can recommend a mechanic who can help inspect the car and check if got in accident before.

The problem is the dealer don't let me take the car out of the dealership, so the mechanic have to come to the dealership at Jalan Klang Lama, next to Federal highway and the LDP "Penang Bridge"

Can anybody help me with this? Hopefully can check on this Monday, then I will put down booking fee d.

How much the dealer offer you on the road?

You can call any kia service branch to know the service history if you know the plate.

I'm not so concerned about the service history as I have already seen the service records. I'm actually more interested if it has been in an accident before. Because I was looking at another Cerato from a direct seller, had to forfeit my booking fee when I discovered that it had been in accident before.

No. The free service letter will state what is being offered for the free service. Mostly engine related only.

From what I seen from a memo in JD Auto, it was recomended for owners to at least change the drier every 30K (actually I cant remember whether its 30K or 40K) or every 2 years whichever came first. I think its a fair deal considering how much an aircond compressor could cost for Kcars.

my time no such discount...so i missed 2.0...
if u like the power...go for it...since its also with more hoohaa gadget...
but bare in mind with so much costlier gadget....higher repair cost when future these parts need replace and already out of warranty...
(not too diff for 1.6 anyway)

My opinion, why not. FYI, there are not many 2.0 units left. The offer certainly won't get any better than this.

Hi, I am interested to know more about Cerato 1.6 & 2.0 price.
Any reason behind the 10k/20k rebate? it is due to facelift going to roll out thus clearing old stock?

slower pick up i.e torque for a given rpm range, and you switching from durian to kimchi. My impression is cerato should be lesser problem compared to Preve i believe. Just maybe spare part could be slightly expensive (maybe)

thanks bro. that was part of reasons that urged me for the switch plan. engine & gearbox are very critical for me...rattling sound or any minor problem can be simply ignored whistling.gif
