Chimes at 620k is good offer, i believe. Even cheaper than Penduline with bigger land and built-up. But of course, no rebates from developer and pay full installment immediately i guess.

Intermediate which type? Type A or B? If type A possibly have from those cancelled their booking. Type B should have plenty. About loan, depends on your debt service ratio (DSR) lo. If 7.5k nett without much commitments should be no problem

Different layouts. Type A slightly smaller built up area and cheaper compared to Type B. You can visit Rimbayu website to view the layout and compare. Still can get 35 year loan also. No expert to advise u on loans. Got another thread in property talk that can help u biggrin.gif

Welcome. Anyway, checked with Rimbayu staff last week got 4 intermediate units for Type A. Most likely from those who cancelled booking. From 655k before rebate. If u lucky, still might have. Lol

By end of this year, the road that links to Bandar Saujana Putra will be completed. So there will be 2 main access points for Rimbayu (plus Tropicana Aman and Eco Sanctuary too for that matter). One from those roundabouts that is linked to Kota Kemuning, KESAS and LKSA. The other access can link to SKVE and ELITE highway

I don't have the current sales chart. You can refer to page 139 of this thread to see what units are available but that was like more than a week ago. As for price, I don't think there's any type B units that are below 675k. But to know for sure, better to visit the sales gallery.

Package when it launched was 2% rebate + 1% if sign the S&P within 14 days. Not sure if the offer still the same now.

Not sure what CLTA is exactly but it is similar to MLTA. The differences u gotta check with ur banker. Good or not, up to you to compare with other banks. Based on interest rate alone, it's good lo I guess because nowadays pretty difficult to get below 4.4%. Did u try applying from Ambank? Ambank also offered quite a good rate to me few months back
