Bandar Rimbayu’s Penduline first phase achieves 90% sales
PETALING JAYA (April 2): The first phase of Penduline’s two-storey terraced homes which comprise 246 units has achieved a take-up rate of 90% following its launch last November, said Bandar Rimbayu senior sales manager Susan Teh. The houses – located in IJM Land Bhd’s Bandar Rimbayu near Kota Kemuning in Telok Panglima Garang, Klang – have built-ups of between 1,751 sq ft and 2,021 sq ft and land area of 20t by 70ft, and are priced from RM625,000, or RM356 psf. Meanwhile, the second phase of Penduline will comprise 379 units. IJM Land will be launching the first batch of homes under the second phase (224 units) this year. “The launch will be in 2Q2016, with prices for the houses starting from RM699,800. The second phase is open for registration now,” said Teh.
