Canot, must be very certain, either A or B only, LOL.
This is what i've learnt from the above chat in this thread.

Lol.
If I buy a landed house to stay in now but with intention to sell it for retirement later and move into a condo / serviced apartment then - so am I an investor? tongue.gif

investment is guided by time line, less so with intention. icon_rolleyes.gif

Beg to differ. I bought the property with the intention to make a gain for my retirement though in the meantime will stay in (when vp). But IF the price rises very very sharp before I reach my retirement age, I may sell it then.

Anyway, whatever the situation is, so long as I'm clear with my objective, whether I'm classified as investor or not doesn't really bother me biggrin.gif

I like to pay the downpayment with credit card - can earn the card reward points (which then can be converted to cash voucher) and can temporily use the money for some quick money (provided not losing the money) from the market. Lol.

Why would a proper residential project here be subjected to forced sale? Too many units? I don't think so.
*
Some may have over leveraged during the good times (esp when DIBS scheme still allowed that time) and now may find it difficult to rent out / let go. Those with weaker holding power may have no choice but to dispose it at small gain or even a loss (after accounting for all the cost incurred).

If ELR is the same, then no difference whether choose the one with higher or lower BR.

rimbayu blossom will be serviced apartment, you mean there will be 140 shoplot in blossom ? excluded the 88 and 44 shoplot ?
*
Haha... the naming is a bit confusing.
Blossom Drive (phase 6A) comprises 48 units shop offices
Blossom Square (phase 9) comprises 88 units shop offices
Blossom Residence (phase 6B) is a 488-unit serviced apartment.

this Bandar Rimbayu thread running very fast compare to Tropicana. is that mean BR better buy?
*
Errr... I don't think it's a good idea to gauge whether a project is good buy or not based on how fast the thread is running sweat.gif

Saiz 22x75 still the best for me......superlink feel smile.gif

I personally think that 24ft is the minimum width to have the superlink feel. For complete dimension, 24×80 shall be the minimum based on my standard for a superlink.

I will screw the agent to take it down if is sold.
I have bad experience b4 with this type of agent for wasting my time. Made appointment, go view the unit, then during viewing told me is not the price publish.
*
The agent deserved a scolding if he/she never told you upfront before going to view the unit.

Hahaha.. Yes, i prefer this way.
Show house still show house, no complaints.
So far, i heard Scarlet Phase 4 big breakfast show house and Fruits Day (durian fans), good response  blush.gif
*
I went to BR and so happened they had the fruits day and the response was good as you said though I didn't take any food then other than drink. I wonder how successful the makan makan (as organized by Tropicana) can attract the real buyers but if for certain occasion eg new launching serving refreshments I think is fine.

means if current interest rate is 4.4%, then it become? Sorry noob here.
*
In very brief and layman term, your loan interest rate = BR + spread. The spread shall be fixed for the whole tenure of your loan while BR fluctuates.

If the change is on the spread, then your existing loan will not be affected, ie remains as 4.4%. But if BR changes, eg increases by 0.25% then your loan interest rate will increase by 0.25% accordingly to 4.65%.

I use CIMB for my loan, the staff handle my case very polite and efficient.  I saw she is around during launch day of Penduline as well.  CIMB approved my application at least one week faster than most bank.  Anyway my loan for different project and not Penduline.

There are so many retail sales bankers in town, some are experienced and some are fresh, some with good attitude and some shakehead.gif. Like you, I have one good Sotong banker that I'm quite satisfied with.
