And it is not a good comparison between chimes/penduline and bayan as chimese/penduline are individual title while bayan is strata, but still we can list out something:
1.) 3 developments are using sand bricks.
2.) bayan (850k) is 150 meters from htc and charging rm330 maintenance fees per month, chimes/penduline (650k) probably rm50 per month.
3.) bayan has at least 10feet of backlane garden while none in chimes/penduline.
Bayan vs wisteria would be better.
