The calculation will be like :
10% of ([purchase price * interest rate] / 365 months) * 30 days = monthly payment

Are you penduline buyer too ?

Of course subsale is having a better price compare to new launch, moreover under such economy pressure now.

Besides, i am suprise an existing bayan buyer is asking whether to buy bayan or BR here.
And it is not a good comparison between chimes/penduline and bayan as chimese/penduline are individual title while bayan is strata, but still we can list out something:

1.) 3 developments are using sand bricks.

2.) bayan (850k) is 150 meters from htc and charging rm330 maintenance fees per month, chimes/penduline (650k) probably rm50 per month.

3.) bayan has at least 10feet of backlane garden while none in chimes/penduline.

Bayan vs wisteria would be better.

You can.
To be specific, the new link will link bandar rimbayu and bsp, from rimbayu to bsp via new link then go into elite highway.
New link to bsp is about 5km, and it will be open to public by this year end.

Last seen yesterday was the link that visible from rimbayu already get tar.

Not to mention some condo in town area and walking distance to lrt is renting at around 1.5k-2.0k, so why would ppl go and rent 1.5k landed in some remote area ?

SKVE will not be so direct, in order to reach SKVE, we need to go either via WCE or BSP inner road or ELITE.

welcome madam and sorry madam. i am not sure on the door, spec can be found on rimbayu homepage, and bare unit is open for viewing, perhaps you can ask SA if the door used is applied for end product.
