Well explained. BNM increase rates, more death chicken will come. I didn't refers to BR. Is just saying more death chicken in the market in general, can be anywhere.

I will screw the agent to take it down if is sold.
I have bad experience b4 with this type of agent for wasting my time. Made appointment, go view the unit, then during viewing told me is not the price publish.
