even perennia is advertised for rental only at RM1200.

the reason penduline sales is moving is because of affordable entry package.

if chimes subsales-owner can offer the same thing, sure buyers will go for their units instead of penduline.

just called one of the agent advertising for RM618k.

she say the owner don't wall to sell already but got RM650k (T junction).

i feel the puddle is really bad. the photo was taken at the new perennia showroom.

my shoes becomes all wet. you can the see the photo with myvi. see the tyre part. how high actually the puddle is.

reminds me of IJM project in Puncak Alam.

that place already flooded twice this year. the flood is really bad.

the penduline i booked is rm673k.

i saw advert in mudah, perennia selling for rm730k.

that is only rm60k difference.

but one use less money to enter. the other, a lot.

honestly, i feel rugi to booked penduline.

hahaha.
