Scarlet selling point is wide entrance. 24 70 and 24 75.
With high ceilings too.

Not yet. Wait for BNM next meeting to revise our interest rate.
If BNM increase interest also, then our monthly installment will increase as well.
*
Most likely, some banks are start promoting their FD rate 4.2-4.3% p.a.

Wow .... looks like we are going to see more "Dead Chicken" property soon
*
Problem is will you buy the "dead chicken" or not since you also need to fork out 14% upfront with higher interest rate installment..

personal i think we need to live in bigger world and not within our cocoon. Just because they are poor doesn't mean we have right to discriminate them as criminal. In fact i found most are nice ppl. Shouldn't let the minority affect all level of society to live harmony. The mindset starts from ourselves no need to compare with Japan, Korea or Taiwan.

agreed. nowadays rumahwip also not cheap..just a step lower than us, no need to treat ourselve like big boss.

If this is true, probably it's an early sign that economy is getting on the right track again...demand is there, just that BNM and banks are really strict in approving loans...

Price might spike again in 1-3 years time tongue.gif
*
guess only demand for landed house is still there because people want new house with G&G and can't find it within KL areas...

Pay nothing for up to 12 months for selected IJM Land homes

Source: TheEdgeProperty.com

PETALING JAYA (April 6): IJM Land Bhd is allowing buyers of homes in selected schemes to pay nothing for up to 12 months upon vacant possession, as well as a zero-interest instalment scheme for up to 36 months under its Free Stay @ No Pay campaign, the group announced in a press release today.

The promotion will run from now until July 31, covering seven of its current development projects: The Bandar Rimbayu and Shah Alam 2 townships in Selangor, the Seremban 2 township and Seri Binjai in Negeri Sembilan, Pantai Sentral Park in Kuala Lumpur, Epic Residences in Johor and Riverine Diamond at Kuching Riverine Resort in Sarawak.

“The 12 months free home loan instalment upon vacant possession provides our buyers the peace of mind to spend their extra savings on their day to day needs or as extra cash for their moving in or renovation expenses,” said Bandar Rimbayu sales and marketing manager Susan Teh.

IJM Land is also giving out an additional 1% rebate under the IJM Land Purchaser Priority Programme and a free 3 days 2 nights stay at Club Med Kani, Maldives for every customer.

Another creative idea in the market biggrin.gif
Can anyone find out which bank collaborate with IJML on this "12 months free instalment" scheme and the details?
*
how to determine free 12 months loan installment? everyone's loan installment is different.
Is that "free"? or just defer your loan installment 12 month later only start paying?
