personal i think we need to live in bigger world and not within our cocoon. Just because they are poor doesn't mean we have right to discriminate them as criminal. In fact i found most are nice ppl. PETALING JAYA (April 6): IJM Land Bhd is allowing buyers of homes in selected schemes to pay nothing for up to 12 months upon vacant possession, as well as a zero-interest instalment scheme for up to 36 months under its Free Stay @ No Pay campaign, the group announced in a press release today.

The promotion will run from now until July 31, covering seven of its current development projects: The Bandar Rimbayu and Shah Alam 2 townships in Selangor, the Seremban 2 township and Seri Binjai in Negeri Sembilan, Pantai Sentral Park in Kuala Lumpur, Epic Residences in Johor and Riverine Diamond at Kuching Riverine Resort in Sarawak.

“The 12 months free home loan instalment upon vacant possession provides our buyers the peace of mind to spend their extra savings on their day to day needs or as extra cash for their moving in or renovation expenses,” said Bandar Rimbayu sales and marketing manager Susan Teh.

IJM Land is also giving out an additional 1% rebate under the IJM Land Purchaser Priority Programme and a free 3 days 2 nights stay at Club Med Kani, Maldives for every customer.
