I think what the taikor means is that existing purchaser can select their unit starting 9th nov from the 50 units that open by ijm, maybe first 3 rows ..
If even existing purchaser be in sales gallery on 15th nov, he/she may need to follow the queue.

And on 15th nov, another 50 units + left over of first 50 units will be open for booking to public, in case response is over helming, ijm may open up more units for booking but increase of price will be applied for units after the first 100 units.

Penduline, terraza, bayan are 3 diff product.

What i meant earlier was unsold unit in terraza is more thAn 30% and same applied for bayan.

i don't think buying that apartment was a mistake, youngster nowadays prefer to spend on entertainments and car come first.

a lot of positive and negative comment on Canal City in all the 3 threads, ES TA BR. you have to analyze it laugh.gif
be noted that commercial hype is nothing to do with own stay residential, i think you prefer a peaceful env that away from hustle and bustle city, and of course that must be minimum of groceries/food around your residential too, which i think it will be happen in Canal City laugh.gif
travel to kk via the 3 roundabouts for food is not a bad idea either, a few kopitiam are around with varieties of chinese food, even seen a few chinese muslim restaurants in KK, seem it is demanded to open ?? not sure..
groceries wise can try the hero market, hearsay it is a high standard hero compare to other hero in different location.

nope, the plan of his is to move into penduline, so the apartment will be for sale/rent.
if penduline is an investment plan, then holding for 4-5 years are needed.

it seem commercial in canal will rely on BR shoplot even after vp of penduline.
