As expected, normally the developers will launch the cheapest prop near or next to the low cost flats/RSK, it is impossible they launch the expensive props next to these RSK. So those who bought cheap Penduline DSL have to sacrifice by having the prop located next to RSK.

Can apply to the local authorities for permission to to biz, or else all the nurseries and kindies in the landed props are all illegal liao! I think only certain type of biz can be conducted at resi props.

Can if they are a nuisance to the neighbourhood, sure the local authority can revoke their biz licence!
