I went there on a weekday and this Malay SA, cant remember her name I think it is Idayu, served me. That time hardly any clients so I guess the SA got time to layan me? Anyway, she is a nice lady, explained to me in details all the different props in BR.

Maybe majority bought for flipping/investment?

Still new area so not many ppl will want to move in so fast, the risk of being robbed and break-in is quite high there even though it may be F&G.

As expected, normally the developers will launch the cheapest prop near or next to the low cost flats/RSK, it is impossible they launch the expensive props next to these RSK. So those who bought cheap Penduline DSL have to sacrifice by having the prop located next to RSK.
