Why not? Sunrise managed to changed their Segambut prop's address to MK! Now, u dont see the word "Segambut" in MK's address!

Because MPSJ was created ma, so SJ moved to them instead of under MBPJ so of course cannot use PJ address anymore.

Yeah but this Canal City is so far away from Jln Kemuning la bro! So I dont understand why they get confused and put "Klang" in their address?

Maybe because it is at the border, KK is actually under Mukim Klang if Im not wrong but it's under MBSA so can use Shah Alam addresss.

I dont think BR is on high ground so that drainage system is important to drain the rain water away.

Coming to the DC discussion again! Each individual will have their preference, cannot say whether Pendulie or Perennia is a better buy.

Since you like DSL with bigger land area, it is understandable tht u said Perenia is a better buy! So u oso aiming for Perenia DC bro?

Then go for the Semenyih/Kajang/Sepang area lo bro, all freehold except for some projects like SKLIA!

Dont forget the upcoming Serenia City, should be freehold too!

Other freehold projects there in Semenyih/Bangi are SEH, EM, Serene Heights, Alam Sari etc.
