I was redirected by your previous customer service forum to this forum instead.

As I was overseas, I am unable to do a top up before the stated expiry date and its the first prepaid card I owe so I am not familiar with the extension process of such service.

My 20 digit number is 8960 0114 1222 9361 27

I tried to top up online but shows that payment is processed by credit reloading was rejected.

Please assist , the SIM is dated to expire on 30/may/15.
