Check out http://www.internettrafficreport.com/. Asia in general seems to be having tons of problems. 17% average packet loss is nuts.

Just to add, I don't think that the new proxy should affect port 3724. More likely than not, the proxies are usually for HTTP (port 80). Other ports should be able to bypass the proxy. At least that's the right way to do it, but we all know that TMNet has their own way of doing things.

This thread can be pretty much summarized in one sentence: It's TMNet's cock-up, and they should be the one fixing things.

219.95.* (which I am perpetually stuck on) also seems to have been fixed over the past few nights. 1k in Lagrimmar but 700-900 in instances.
