my 1.5mb sdsl having 1.5-2k ping on hinet.net but 200-350 on yahoo.com and 1.5k-2k ping when play WoW

my 2mb adsl having 300-450 on hinet.net, but countless timeout on yahoo.com (only after 7pm) and 450-550k when play WoW.

Called TMNET like 5 times, they favourite question to me :
Do you configure your TCP/IP ?

err wtf, if i didnt configure, how to I ping.


After 3 days I made a follow up call using my report number, same answers:
Oh, your report sudah closed. Problem resolved.

Huh?

NOTIFICATION OF SERVICE DEGRADATION OF TM NET INTERNATIONAL LINKS

On 20th August 2005 at 5:30 pm, there were international links broke down from Malaysia to Hong Kong due to landslide in Hong Kong cable station. As a result, all traffic is re-routed to another international links and this will cause service performance degradation.
