Latency in Penang went to 2k plus on Sat. afternoon around 4pm. Tried again at 10am on Sunday, and it was fine with around 500 - 700ms lag up till now.

Oddly, I used to get better speed with 219.95.2xx.x IP's but these are the slow ones after the maintenance. The usual 219.95.xx.x are speedier connections for me. I've never received any 218.x or 60.x IP's before, so there you go...
